Development of Agricultural Business (Microproject I)

This course introduces students to the fundamentals of agribusiness systems and production economics, then builds toward the practical skill of designing and pitching a small-scale agricultural project.

At the end of the course, the students should be able to:

1.      Understand the basic principles of Agribusiness system and production economics.

2.      Discuss the importance of project proposal in relation to agriculture

3.      Determine suitable agricultural project for micro-project proposal making

4.      Develop a micro-project proposal

5.      Present the micro-project proposal
