Clinical Legal Education Program

The course introduces students to a limited practice of law as required under Rule 138-A of the Rules of Court, including the ethical considerations of lawyering. It may cover, depending on the certification level of law student practitioners, court appearances, drafting and submission of pleadings and documents before trial and appellate courts and quasi-judicial and administrative bodies.
