This course equips Women and Children Protection Desk (WCPD) personnel, investigators and other child protection professionals with knowledge and skills to effectively implement the Multi-Disciplinary Team Approach in handling cases involving children. It emphasizes coordinated case management among law enforcers, social workers, prosecutors, healthcare providers, educators, and other partner agencies to ensure a child-centered, trauma informed, and rights-based response.
Students will learn what directional leadership is, why it is important, and how to give that kind of leadership to their ministry context. Directional leadership includes purpose, vision, strategy, planning, and overall organization for ministry in accordance with biblical principles. Following those lessons, the students will see videos of them being practically applied in a local church context.
