Understanding the Registration Program for Labor Organizations, Workers Associations and Collective Bargaining of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE)

This course is designed to provide learners with an in-depth overview of the registration process of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE). It aims to equip the learners with the legal basis on the right to self-organization, right to organize of employees and workers, registration process including the documentary requirements, reporting requirements of registered labor organizations, grounds for cancellations and the registration of CBA and its requirements.
