Results-Based Management

Results-Based Management or RBM features a results perspective or lens across all stages of program and project management. This course is intended for program implementers, utilizing the strategic framework to improve programs and projects, as well as the delivery of services at the national, regional, and local levels.

At the end of this course, students should be able to:
1. define results-based management;
2. identify the components within the results chain or hierarchy of results; and
3. distinguish the roles and specific contributions of the variables in the results matrix to the overall outcomes of a program/activity/project.
