      • Death and Funeral benefits
    4. Claims Process: Workers file claims with the Employees' Compensation Commission (ECC) or relevant agency (e.g., SSS).
    5. Employer Responsibility: Employers must ensure a safe work environment and report accidents.
    6. Government Role: ECC manages the program, and SSS or GSIS handles claims for private or government workers, respectively.
